Our kids LOVE New Year’s Eve! We stay in, make dinner and try to keep the kids busy so they don’t fall asleep before midnight. These printable photo booth props for New Year’s Eve are a cool way to make fun memories. Not only can they kill time by doing a little photo shoot, they can also customize these photo props! Boom. I’m graphically challenged, so I had my friend Jenny (of the on-pause blog Hank and Hunt) help me out. I am in love with what she created! Photo booth props should be fun and let the people using them have tons of fun while taking pictures. Jenny created these props with kids in mind. She designed several fun hats, big mouths and, of course, the numbers 2017. The kids thought they were hysterical! The minute they walked in the house and saw these, they started claiming the ones they liked best.
Over on Kroger’s Inspired Gathering site, I recently did a post on how to customize these printable photo props for New Year’s Eve. While we don’t have full on New Year’s Eve party, we do have a really fun night with the kids. This year, we’ll be setting up a photo prop “bar” where they can decorate the photo props however they want to. All you have to do is gather some craft supplies that you already have around the house and print out the printables.
There is no need to go out and buy specific items. Chances are, you’ve got a bunch of things that you can use. Just set out some scissors and glue and let them go to town. To make things super easy, I used tape to attach the sticks to the back of the photo props. No drying time needed. How does your family ring in the New Year? We always do New Year’s Eve Countdown Bags. It’s a tradition we started years ago and the kids look forward to it all year long. And there are always photos taken! This year, I’ll put the craft supplies in a bag and this can be one of our activities.
How funny is this mouth!? We added an easy yarn tassel to the fez and a little bit of glitter to the mouth. But even without the customization, these printable photo booth props are super fun.Dude. Download your printable photo booth props here:
