Delicious Instant Pot Game Day Recipes

It’s hard to believe that another year has come and gone and Game Day is almost here. And what's a football party without delicious food?

This year, put your Instant Pot to work and make some tasty dishes whether you're inviting people over or just hanging out with family. Check out these Instant Pot Game Day recipes. I'm sure you'll find at least one that fits your menu!

Game Day is one of those days that my family really enjoys getting together for.

It’s a low key day, where we get to enjoy some of our favorite recipes, watch all the commercials and give as little attention as possible to the actual football. Instant pot game day recipes in a collage.

Instant Pot Game Day Recipes To Help Plan Your Menu

The really cool thing about parties in the 21st century is that you can make food with your Instant Pot! You don’t have to stand in the kitchen all day cooking. Most recipes let you put it in your pressure cooker and forget about it.

I think using an Instant Pot makes life so much easier in terms of cooking weeknight dinners, and in terms of hosting, it gives you a whole new way to cook recipes or a way to make your kitchen even more efficient.

This collection of Game Day Instant Pot Recipes is great for prepping for the Super Bowl Sunday.

Some of the most popular recipes for football parties include wings (and this list has several different types) and dips (hello, queso!)!

But I am partial to the Taco Cups with Shredded Salsa Chicken that I make.

If you have an Instant Pot, you can create all of these recipes!

I got my Instant Pot a few Christmases ago and I use it all the time. From party food to quick dinners, it is one of my favorite appliances!

How to Save Time When Using the Instant Pot

Here are some ways you can save time when using this amazing electric pressure cooker.

Cooking Time - I think one of the important things to realize is that when you use it, you are going to save a lot of time. Cooking time is sometimes cut in half.

Leaves the Oven Free - If there is something you need to cook in your stove or oven, you can do so! The Instant Pot isn’t going to take up time or space with your stove. It's also not going to heat up your kitchen!

Use Over and Over - In my experience, the Instant Pot is super easy to wash, so once you have cooked one recipe, you can move onto another.

These Instant Pot Recipes for Game Day are going to help you save time, which means more time you’ll have to share with friends and family.

Or watch football. If you're into that kind of thing.

Why the Instant Pot is Great for Parties!

Not only can you cook foods that usually take a long time (like ribs) really quickly, but the Instant Pot is also very versatile.

It can also be used as a slow cooker and even a warmer. If you buy the tempered glass lid, you can use it for serving things like warm dips and chilis.

You can also use it as a steamer which makes preparing vegetables really simple.

And while all of these recipes in this post focus on food, an Instant Pot is also great for making things like hot chocolate and other drinks.

Which Instant Pot Recipes for Game Day Should I Make?

After you see all these amazing recipes, how do you choose which game day Instant Pot Game Day food to make?

Simple. I choose 3 main recipes that I think my guests will enjoy. Then I round that out with football snacks and other easy things that I just have to buy.

Sometimes I'll do 1 or 2 other small sides.

As with any party, you want to have a nice spread at your gathering, but you don’t want to overwhelm yourself with cooking.
