2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Review
A few weeks ago, Hyundai sent me a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to test drive. It was REALLY fun to drive and I was so bummed when it was time to give it back! Here are the reasons I enjoyed the Santa Fe Sport.
Santa Fe Sport
The Santa Fe Sport, is the smaller (2-row) version of the Santa Fe. The “sport” name doesn’t so much describe the features package as much as just the size of the vehicle and engine included. This compact crossover is great! I had no expectations of the car, as I’m not super familiar with Hyundai as a brand, so I went in to it with open eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by a number of things.

Whether it’s driving kid from activity to activity or just waiting for them in the car, moms spend a lot of time in the car. The front of the car is really nice. The materials felt great. The design seemed sophisticated and there was attention to detail that I wasn’t expecting.

There was plenty of cargo space in the back for anything a mom could need. I think the space would nicely fit a stroller and for sure we can fit a few suitcases in here for a short road trip.

I’ll be honest that I don’t know much about cars in terms of technical stuff. But I do know that this car is super fun to drive! It’s zippy. I had this car for a week and was really sad to give it back when the week was up. It felt powerful without being loud or super aggressive.

The 2018 Santa Fe Sport, was really fun to drive! I was super impressed with the car overall and I’d love to explore some of their other options that Hyundai has! This would be a great basic car for a small family, although there are plenty of options if you’re looking for something upgraded and a little more lux. It looks amazing, drives well and comes with great safety features.
I had a great time test driving the Santa Fe!
Also, if you have tweens in the house, check out this post on how I use rap music to open conversations with my son about all the things. It features a playlist we listen to (we listened to it a ton in the Santa Fe!).
