This easy frozen eggnog daiquiri recipe combines your favorite brand of eggnog, vanilla ice cream, nutmeg and a generous slug of rum for the ultimate grown up twist on the classic creamy holiday drink.
Blitz the vanilla ice cream, eggnog and rum together in a blender until just smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.

Variations
Switch up the ice cream flavor - other neutral flavors (e.g. something you'd serve alongside a scoop of pie) will add something a little extra to this Eggnog Daiquiri. A scoop of brown sugar ice cream would be absolutely delicious, as would one made with cinnamon ice cream, also sprinkling the top with cinnamon, instead of nutmeg.
