This Pineapple Cream Cheese Dip is one of my favorite sweet dip recipes to serve in get togethers or as a sweet treat for myself. It's light, creamy, and airy like a sweet tropical cloud! Serve this delicious dip with vanilla wafers or chopped fresh fruit for dipping.
Add softened cream cheese to a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and pudding mix and beat with a hand mixer until combined.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Don't skip bringing the cream cheese to room temperature so that you can mix it well.
Use canned pineapples instead of fresh ones. Canned pineapples are guaranteed to be sweet every time while fresh pineapples that you can buy from the store can sometimes be sour.
