Variations
Use cucumber soda - add a refreshing cucumber element to this elderflower gin fizz by topping it up with cucumber soda, or even muddling a few cucumber slices in the bottom of the cocktail shaker with the St Germain and gin before adding the ice.
Add herbs - fresh thyme would go really well in this drink, either as a garnish or muddled in the cocktail shaker.
Sub in fresh lemon - lemon also goes really well with gin and St Germain so add a twist to this drink by switching out the lime juice for lemon. Make it a Silver Fizz Cocktail by also adding a dash of simple syrup and an egg white to the cocktail shaker.
Add bitters - I'm a firm believer that a dash of your favorite cocktail bitters instantly improves almost any drink!
