White Hot Chocolate
This creamy White Hot Chocolate recipe is perfect for the holidays or any time the temperatures dip below 75 degrees.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of half and half
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips mini chips are ideal
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Simple Syrup if needed
Instructions
- In a saucepan combine half and half, white chocolate chips, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Stir on low to medium heat until white chocolate chips are melted completely.
- Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Pour into serving glass or mugs.
- Garnish with whipped topping or marshmallows and a dash of cinnamon.
- Use a spoon to taste test the White Hot Chocolate and add simple syrup if it needs to be sweeter.
