A Tropical Sparkling Rosé Cocktail Recipe with Spiced Rum
Transport yourself to a sunny beach somewhere with this tropical-themed rosé cocktail recipe that takes just moments to mix! Whether you sip it in summer or another time of the year, the flavors of the spiced rum are SO delish!
Add the rum, pineapple, grapefruit and lime juices to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
Top up with the sparkling wine and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
Notes
To get ahead, make the shaken rum and juice mixture a couple of hours ahead. Just strain it into a pitcher and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve. Then pour the mixture over fresh ice and top with the sparkling wine. Use cans of sparkling rosé wine if you aren't making a bunch of this drink so you don't have to open a full bottle of wine.
