Super Refreshing Strawberry Rosé Sangria Recipe with Vodka and St Germain
This fruity Strawberry Rosé Sangria Recipe is the perfect big-batch wine cocktail for your next party - it is super easy to make-ahead to serve the moment your guests arrive!
Cut the stems off of the strawberries, then slice in half. Slice the lemons, then slice in half.
Add the sliced strawberries, sliced lemons, and mint leaves to a pitcher. Pour in the bottle of rosé, vodka, and elderflower liqueur. Stir gently, and chill for 4 hours.
Add the sparkling water before serving.

This recipe is easily scaled up to serve more people - but you may just need an extra pitcher!You can make the sangria up to 6 hours in advance and keep it in the fridge. Just wait to add the sparkling water until just before serving to keep the bubbles!
