Ingredients

raw ginger, peeled

lime (cut into fourths then each slice in half)

mint leaves

strawberries, roughly chopped

sparkling water
Instructions
Add lime, ginger, mint and strawberries to a glass.
Muddle well.
Add ice and sparkling water.
Give it a gentle stir.
Taste and adjust as needed.
Notes
If you need this to be a little sweeter, feel free to add some simple syrup.
