An easy twist on the classic drink lavender extract adds a little something extra to this Lavender French 75 cocktail that takes just a couple of minutes to make!
Measure all the ingredients except for the champagne into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake well, and strain into a champagne flute.
Top up with champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist, lavender twist or edible flower, if liked.

Variations
Rose French 75 - swap out the lavender extract for rosewater for a Rose French 75. As with the lavender extract, be sparing with it because too much will make your drink taste like soap!
Elderflower French 75 - switch the lavender extract for St Germain for another floral take on this classic drink.
Use vodka - If you're not a big fan of gin, feel free to swap it out for vodka for a smoother drink.
