This simple balloon decoration idea with a summer vibes garland is an easy craft project for a casual summer party. A simple balloon arch with a sign hanging from it is a cute decoration for any party!
Punch holes in the letters and string them onto a light string or ribbon.
Use the Balloon Time Helium Tank to blow up the balloons. Leave extra string or ribbon on the end of the balloon which is what you will use to tie it to the balloon weight.
Continue blowing up the rest of the balloons. Attach them, one at a time, to the previous balloon using the tail.
Continue until you have enough balloons linked to create a small balloon arch. Since I was just using mine against a wall, I kept it pretty short. If you want to make one large enough for people to walk under, just keep adding more balloons!
Next, attach the "summer vibes" garland to the balloon arch by tying it to knots on both sides. Because anything you add-on to helium-filled balloons can start to weigh the balloons down, add extra helium in the form of beach ball looking orb balloons on both sides. Attach the beach ball balloon to the same knot where you tied the garland to make sure to keep the arch shape of the linked balloons..
Notes
The balloons could have gone all the way down to the balloon weight, but since I knew they would be hidden behind chairs, I started the arch a little bit higher.
