Notes
These amounts are just a guestimate for making one salad. For most of the ingredients, you'll have to buy a whole container so you'll easily be able to make more than one salad. If you can't find burrata cheese, you can substitute it with mozzarella or even goat cheese. Blue cheese and feta would also be delicious if you like the strong flavor. Truffle Burrata is also available and might be delicious in this salad.Other flavors you can add to the salad:Corn is sweet and pairs really well with the peaches. While I'm not a fan, the saltiness of prosciutto is a great topping option. (I do like it crisped up on ravioli though...)Fresh herbs, especially basil are a match made in heaven with the other flavors.Grill the peaches for even more flavor. It will bring out the sweetness and add a slightly caramelized flavor. All of these flavors also go really well with fresh melon so consider adding that in too!A touch of red pepper flakes will give it a spicy kick that you'll love.
