White Hot Chocolate

This creamy White Hot Chocolate recipe is perfect for the holidays or any time the temperatures dip below 75 degrees.

  • 2 cups of half and half
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips mini chips are ideal
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Simple Syrup if needed


  1. In a saucepan combine half and half, white chocolate chips, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  2. Stir on low to medium heat until white chocolate chips are melted completely.
  3. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla.
  4. Remove cinnamon stick.
  5. Pour into serving glass or mugs.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping or marshmallows and a dash of cinnamon.
  7. Use a spoon to taste test the White Hot Chocolate and add simple syrup if it needs to be sweeter.
