This easy Salami Pizza recipe is a takeoff of my favorite sandwich that my grandmother used to make for me. The pepperoncini, red onion and garlic butter crust make it full of flavor and ready in under 15 minutes!
Preheat oven to 400 ish degrees (as per instructions on your store-bought pizza crust.)
Melt one cube of Garlic and Herb butter.
Brush or spoon garlic butter on to pizza crust.
Top with Italian cheese mix (up to 2 cups - your preference)
Top with salami slices, sliced pepperoncini and red onion if you are using.
Bake until melty and golden in spots, approximately 10 minutes.
Notes
I used Boboli pizza crust but you can use another brand or make your own.
Be sure to drain the pepproncinis on a few paper towels before adding them to the pizza to ensure the extra juice from the jar doesn't make anything too soggy.
Leave off any ingredients that you don't think your family would like. Pepperoncinis can be an acquired taste and while they go really well with cheese and salami, you can still end up with a flavorful pizza if you leave them off.
Can't find premade garlic butter? Make your own by melting butter and mixing Italian spices and garlic! Then just brush it on the crust.
