Spread Boursin cheese in a small serving dish or shallow bowl.
Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, crushed garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Toss together.
You can use the tomato mixture immediately or you can let sit overnight for the flavors to marry.
When ready to serve, spoon the tomato mixture on top of the cheese.
Serve with sliced baguette, Club Crackers or sliced vegetables.
Notes
Let the Boursin cheese sit out of the refrigerator at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before spreading. Be sure to spoon on the tomato mixture the extra liquid released by the tomatoes as they sit doesn't make the dip too liquidy.
