This delicious Cranberry Brie Bites recipe makes a crowd-pleasing appetizer that your friends and family will love. With crescent rolls, brie and tangy cranberry sauce these are full of flavor and so easy to make.
Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Use cooking spray to line the mini muffin tins before cooking and set aside.
Spread a little flour out onto your counter or cutting board to lay the dough on. Then roll out the crescent dough sheet and pinch the seams together to make one long sheet.
Cut the crescent roll dough sheet into 24 equal-sized squares. Place the squares into each muffin tin slot.
Cut the brie into small pieces and place them inside each crescent dough square you just cut out.
Top the brie with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Top the cranberry sauce with a little sprig of rosemary.
Place them in the oven and bake until the crescent dough is a light golden brown (about 12-15 minutes).
They are best served warm.

Don't worry about cutting off the rind of the brie, it's fine to eat.The brie is easier to cut when frozen for about 20 minutes!Consider topping with chopped nuts to add a little crunch. These are best served warm.
