These Monte Cristo Roll Ups are a fun way to enjoy the classic sweet and savory sandwich. With black forest ham, gruyere cheese and raspberry jam, this recipe is perfect to make for breakfast, lunch and brunch.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out 12 slices of King's Hawaiian bread (to about 1/4" thick).
Spread seedless raspberry jam on each slice.
Top with 2-3 TBSP of shredded gruyere cheese.
Add a piece of ham that is slightly smaller than the slice of bread.
Starting at the bottom, begin rolling up the sandwich away from you.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
These Monte Cristo roll-ups would make a great appetizer if cut up into bite-sized pieces.This recipe is perfect for kids since once these are cooked and cooled, can be eaten with their fingers. Make them ahead! You can prepare these roll-ups ahead of time and kept in the fridge until ready to heat through before serving.
