Pumpkin Michelada

This Spicy Pumpkin Michelada is the perfect beer cocktail for fall!

  • 1 TBSP (heaping) canned Pumpkin
  • ½ oz lemon
  • 1/2 tsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp cayenne red pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Estrella Jalisco beer I used about 3/4 of a can
  • Tajin, to rim glass


  1. In a bar pitcher add pumpkin, lemon juice and agave.
  2. Add cinnamon, ginger and cayenne.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Top with beer.
  5. Mix with a bar spoon.
  6. Rim a glass with a lemon wedge and Tajin.
  7. Pour Pumpkin Michelada over ice.
