Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip with Dried Beef

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese shredded (divided) - save 1/4 to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tsp garlic salt with parsley
  • 3 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
  • 2.25 oz. jar of dried beef approximately 1/2 cup, save a few for the top
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 3 TBSP grated parmesan for garnish


  1. Mix together all ingredients (except garnishes) in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer to a baking dish (9x9 will work. I used something cuter. Sorry, not sorry.)
  3. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and dried beef slices.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30-45 minutes until completely melted and browned.
