Artichoke Dip Sliders

These yummy appetizers make the perfect party food idea! It's your favorite dip on your favorite Hawaiian Rolls!

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup Parmesan shredded
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 TBSP garlic minced
  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts non-marinated, drained and chopped


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Pour into oven-proof dish.

  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.

To Make the Artichoke Dip Into Sliders:

  1. Toast the Hawaiian Rolls under the broiler. (this will help them to not get soggy as quickly and provide a nice little crunch).
  2. Dollop some hot artichoke dip on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
