Tuna and Noodles

This super simple pasta dish makes a great lunch for the kids or a fast weeknight dinner idea!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. box of elbow pasta
  • 2 cans of tuns solid white albacore if possible
  • 1/4 cup mayo or more if you want this a little more moist
  • seasoned salt optional
  • corn chips Not optional. Don't skip it.

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta like you normally would.
  2. Drain tuna and add to the pan.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of mayo.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Sprinkle on the seasoned salt.
  6. Place in a bowl and top with corn chips.
