Approximately 2 cups of club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
In a tall pitcher combine the Sauvignon Blanc, light rum, pear juice, lime juice, pear slices and rosemary sprigs.
Stir to combine.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-6 hours.
To serve, fill each glass with ice, fill each to about 3/4 full with the sangria and top with the soda water.
Garnish each with rosemary sprigs and pear slices.
Notes
To get more flavor into the pear sangria, gently muddle the rosemary and pear slices before adding the liquid ingredients. You can swap out the Sauvignon Blanc for another variety of white wine. You can leave out the rum and still have a super tasty drink. To get the best flavor, the pear sangria should sit for at least 2 hours but is best if you can give it between 4-6 hours. (That's what "magic time" means under prep time).
