Easy Sangria Cupcakes

  • 1 boxed vanilla cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup milk


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and set aside.
  3. Following the basic directions on the box of the cake mix, mix together the cake mix, egg, white wine, orange zest, butter and milk.
  4. Divide the batter between the cupcake liners.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes and bring the temperature down to 350 degrees.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until done.
