Mexican Mule with Jalapeno
If you love a Moscow Mule made with tequila, you'll also love this spicy version!

Ingredients
1 1/2
ounces
Tequila
1/2
ounce
Triple Sec
Juice from one lime
about 1 ounce
Ginger Beer
about 4 ounces
1
jalapeno
seeded and sliced
ginger
peeled and sliced
dash of bitters
Cilantro for garnish
optional
Instructions
Slice your jalapeno in half, lengthwise.
Remove the seeds.
Cut jalapeno in to slices.
Peel the ginger and cut in to coin sized pieces
In a tall glass, add a few jalapeno pieces and 2 ginger pieces.
Add lime juice and muddle.
Add tequila and Triple Sec and give a quick stir.
Add ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with jalapeno and a sprig of cilantro.
