Blackberry Smoothie

This simple Blackberry Smoothie recipe is great for your skin and full of great flavor!

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal not quick cooking
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp fresh grated ginger to your taste preferences
  • honey to taste
  • dash of cinnamon optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add more honey or spices to suit your taste preferences.
