A few weeks ago, I was asked to participate in a craft challenge put on by Izze Sodas. Several other bloggers and myself were sent boxes full of fun craft supplies. We all got the same items and were challenged to create a holiday decor item. Since crafting is always more fun with other people, I invited Lauren over to play and we set about creating the above chandelier. If you would be so kind, would you please go vote for it? Voting will go until December 19th, 2011 and then one winner will get a $500 gift card to Target! Just for voting you will also be entered to win a $50 gift card to Target and a fun prize pack of Izze products. 
Lauren and I thought that breaking the glass would be unusual and give the chandelier and icicle look. {note to self: get some work gloves for next time you (or your friends) work with broken glass}.
We dusted the glass pieces with some glitter and used some wire and chain to hang the pieces from the round base at the top. 
But I think we had the most fun with some of the other little crafts we made for taking more pictures. We created a little gingerbread house from the Izze soda carrier, complete with its own little chandelier! And I adore the little bottle tree too! A big thank you to Lauren for all her help on this fun project.
