- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cardamom
- pinch of ground ginger
- apple slices, I prefer green!
- Combine honey, zest, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger.
- Serve with apple slices.
